摘要
为了研究不同血统比例杜湖杂交羔羊出生早期生长发育间的差异性,以湖羊(♀)与杜泊羊(♂)杂交获得杜×湖杂交一代(下面统称为杜湖F1),再以杜湖F1(♀)与湖羊(♂)杂交获得子代(下面统称为杜湖F2),分析杜湖F1、杜湖F2和湖羊在2月龄期间体重与体尺的变化趋势。结果表明:在体重累积生长方面,杜湖F1、F2与湖羊在初生、0.5月龄、1月龄均差异不显著(P>0.05),而在1.5、2月龄,杜湖F1显著大于湖羊(P<0.05),2月龄时杜湖F1日增重达到193.2 g/d;2月龄期间在相对生长和绝对生长方面,3种血统比例羔羊体尺变化差异均不显著,但随月龄的增加呈递增的趋势。通过对不同血统比例杂交羔羊生长发育测定的数据记录进行分类探讨,研究分析不同血统比例杜湖杂交羔羊出生早期生长发育性状指标之间的关系,并且为培育较高经济性状的商品羊研究提供一定参考依据。
In order to study the early growth differences of the crossbred lamb on Hu sheep and Dorper sheep in differentorigins proportion, Dorper-Hu hybrid first generation (short for Dorper-Hu F1) was obtained by the hybridization of Husheep ( 9 ) and Dorper sheep ( ♂ ). Then Dorper-Hu hybrid second generation (short for Dorper-Hu F2) was obtainedby the hybridization of Dorper-Hu F ( ♀ ) and Hu sheep ( ♂ ). The trend of weight and body size of Dorper-Hu F1, F2and Hu sheep during the two months after birth were analyze. The results indicated that in the weight cumulativegrowth, there no significant differences in F1, F2 and Hu sheep in the primary, semilunar, January age (P 〉0.05), andin 1.5 months, 2 months age, Dorper-Hu F was significantly greater than that of Hu sheep (P 〈0.05). At the age of 2months body weight of Dorper-Hu F1 reached 193.2 g/d. During the two months after birth in terms of relative growthand absolute growth , the difference of three kinds of descent proportional in body size of Iambs were not significant ,but it gradually increased with the growth development. Through classifying the measured data records of the earlygrowth of the crossbred lamb of Hu sheep and Dorper sheep on different origins proportion, it could be used to studythe relationship of the early growth develpment traits among different origins proportion Dorper-Hu hybrid lamb, and itcould provide an important reference for cultivating new sheep breed which have better economic traits.
