微流路精子分离器优选技术对精子质量的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Selection Technique of Microfluidic Sperm Sorter on Quality of Spermatozoa

摘要 为了体外受精分离出优质活力精子,筛选出有效的优质精子的分离方法。采集小鼠附睾中精液,稀释后利用微流路精子分离器(MFSS)分离精子,检测及分析分离后的精液质量。结果表明:精液样本通过MFSS分离前后,精子活力由43.12%提高到87.18%(P<0.05);直线速度由161.20μm/s提高到248.24μm/s(P<0.05)。与上游法相比,经微流路精子分离器优选精子后,精子质量得到较大的改善。 In order to isolate high motility sperm for in vitro fertilization, to screen out the highly effective selectionmethod of viable sperm; The mouse epididymis semen was collected and diluted, quality of sperm before and atterdealing with selection technique of microfluidic sperm sorter (MFSS) and swim-up methods were analyzed by CASA.Semen samples before and after separation by MFSS, sperm quality had obviously improved, and sperm motility wasincreased from 43.12% to 87.18% (P〈0.05), and Linear speed was increased from 161.20 μm/s to 248.24μm/s (P〈0.05). By performing selection technique of Microfluidic sperm sorter, quality of spermatozoa could be greatlyimproved.
