Tentative Idea on Traffic Flow Guidance for Five Data Networks in 4G Era

多张移动数据网络将会并存于中国电信的商用网络中,如何让每张网络都能够实现最大效益化的承载,同时保证用户使用感知,从而实现运营效益的最大化,是一个非常值得研究的课题。提出三维度联合推动5张数据网络分流的设想举措,并重点对如何使用终端软件进行引导分流做了介绍,为实现最精准的分流方案提供了一个全新的思考方向。

A plurality of mobile data networks will co-exist in the China Telecom commercial network. It is worthy of study how to make each network carrying maximum benefit, at the same time to ensure the user using perception, so as to realize the maximization of operational efficiency. This paper puts forward an idea to guide data traffic flow of different services and ap-plications to the 5 data networks using software in mo-bile devices, and provides a new thinking direction for the implementation of the most accurate diversion scheme.
