摘要
介绍新型中餐液化石油气炒菜灶的结构。采用实验方法,比较新型与传统中餐液化石油气炒菜灶的热效率、液化石油气耗量、烟气中一氧化碳体积分数。
The structure of the new-type LPG,Chinese cooking range is introduced. The thermal effi-ciency, LPG consumption and CO volume fraction inthe flue gas of the new-type and conventional LPG Chi-nese cooking ranges are compared by using experimental methods.
