摘要
介绍我国X80管线钢管焊接性能和焊接工艺,指出焊接工艺存在焊接质量与焊接生产率的矛盾。提出采用电磁搅拌的X80管线钢管焊接技术和电磁搅拌产生方法,解决了X80管线钢管焊接质量和焊接生产效率之间的矛盾。
This paper introduces the X80 pipeline steel tube of welding capability and welding technics of in our country,points out that welding technics in existence antinomy of welding quality and welding productivity.bring forward X80 pipeline steel tube welding technology of adoption electromagnetic stirring and bring method of electromagnetic stirring,solve the X80 pipeline steel tube antinomy of welding quality and welding productivity.
