摘要
镍是一种耐高温耐腐蚀的金属,广泛应用于各个领域,但是在焊接过程中容易出现气孔、裂纹等缺陷,严重影响了焊接质量。针对镍及镍基合金的特殊性以及在焊接过程中易出现的问题,选择由PLC控制的等离子弧焊焊接镍板。叙述了焊接设备的组成以及焊接工艺参数对焊接过程的影响,优化了工艺参数,在生产应用中具有参考价值。
Nickel is a kind of resistant to high temperatures and corrosion metal,at present,it is widely used in many fields.But,it is easy to appear pores,cracks and other defects in the welding,the welding quality seriously impacted.Based on the special of nickel and nickel alloys as well as the prone problem in the welding process,PLC-controlled plasma arc welding is chosen to weld nickel plate.This paper described the composition of welding equipment and the effect of welding parameters on welding processes.At last optimized welding parameters,it has guiding significance in production applications.
