摘要
为了满足不同尺寸中部槽的焊接要求,设计了中部槽柔性化焊接专机,应用柔性算法能够在中部槽尺寸变更时尽可能低地减少参数变化,柔性地调用行走参数和部分焊接参数,大大提高了设备的可操作性,在保证质量的同时,提高了生产效率。
In order to meet the different sizes of the middle through welding requirements,a flexible middle through welding machine is designed,applying flexible algorithm can reduce the parameter changes as low as possible when changing the central through's size.It can improve the operability of the device and production efficiency and quality greatly when to call travelling parameters and welding parameters flexibly.
