摘要
采用13Mn Ni Mo Nb R低合金高强钢制造第二氨分离器,通过分析选用材料的焊接性,提出解决焊接问题的工艺措施,合理选择焊接材料、制定焊接工艺,进行焊接工艺评定,完成了第二氨分离器的现场焊接任务。
Using high strength steel manufacturing second ammonia separator,13MnNiMoNbR low alloy by analyzing the weldability of select material,put forward measures to solve the problem of welding process,selecting welding materials,welding technology,welding procedure qualification,finished second ammonia separator field welding task.
