Q460E建筑用钢焊条电弧焊接头组织性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别采用等强匹配和低强匹配焊条对高层建筑用40 mm厚Q460E钢板进行焊条电弧焊对接焊,用金相显微镜观察焊接接头微观组织,并检验接头拉伸、冷弯及冲击韧性等力学性能。结果表明,采用低强匹配和等强匹配焊接材料焊接Q460E钢,均能够获得组织均匀、综合力学性能优良的焊接接头,其中等强匹配的焊接接头有更高的拉伸强度和更好的-40℃冲击性能。 By shield metal arc welding method,and the equal matching strength and low matching strength electrodes were used respectively to weld the high-rise building steel Q460E plates with 40 mm in thickness.The microstructure of weld joints were observed by metallographic microscope,and the mechanical properties of weld joints were tested by universal material testing machine and pendulum impact testing machine.Results show that the welded joint of uniform microstructures and good comprehensive mechanical properties can be get with both equal matching and under matching electrodes to match the Q460E steel welding,the equal matching weld joint has a higher tensile strength and better impact performance at-40 ℃.
