摘要
在膜生物反应器基础上发展形成的序批式斜板动态膜生物反应器(Sequencing Inclined Dynamic Membrane Biological Reactor,SIDMBR)有其独特的性能。试验研究了140目不锈钢丝网为基材在曝气池内形成生物动态膜的启动过程和除污性能,并考察了稳定运行阶段,停留时间为24 h,厌氧4 h,好氧20 h,溶解氧量为3 mg/L时,SIDMBR对石油废水中COD、氨氮和石油的去除效果。结果表明:驯化期间反应器中COD、氨氮的去除率先急速下降再缓慢回升,石油的去除率先缓慢上升后快速上升,直至达到稳定状态。稳定运行阶段COD、氨氮和石油的平均去除率分别为93.9%、93.5%和99.0%。
Sequencing inclined dynamic membrane biological reactor (SIDMBR) developed on the basis of membrane bioreactor has its unique performances. The startup process and decontamination performance of the dynamic membrane formed on the 140 mesh stainless steel wire mesh in the aeration tank were experimentally studied. The effect of SIDMBR for removing COD, NH4+-N and petroleum from petroleum wastewater was investigated in the phase of stable operation when HRT was 24 h, the anaerobic time was 4 h, the aerobic time was 20 h, petroleum concentration of sewage water was 150 mg/L and DO concentration was 3 mg/L. The results showed that, during the period of domestication, COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rates declined sharply, and then rose up slowly, petroleum removal rates increased slowly at first, then speeded up and tended to a steady state finally. In the phase of stable operation, the average removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen and petroleum were 93.9%, 93.5% and 99.0%, respectively.
