摘要
介绍了干煤粉加压气化技术合成气洗涤工段的工艺流程、运行状况以及对此进行的技术改造。通过合成气出口重新设计、增加鼓泡塔和水力旋流器后,有效降低了合成气中尘含量至0.5 mg/m3以下,黑水中粗细渣得到分离,管线阀门的磨损得到控制。
Process flow, working conditions and technological renovation of the scrubber system in dry pulverized coal gasification unit were introduced. Through redesign of raw gas outlet and adding bubbling tower and hydrocyclone, the dust content in the syngas was effectively reduced below 0.5 mg/m^3, large grained and fine slag in the blackwater could be separated, pipeline valve wear was under control.
