道化学法在滨化集团三氯乙烯储罐安全评价中的应用性研究

Applied Research of Dow Chemical Method in the Safety Evaluation of Trichloroethylene Storage Tanks in Binhua Group

针对滨化集团存储三氯乙烯过程中的事故特点并根据以往事故统计资料,采用道化学火灾爆炸指数评价法(道化学法)对其危险源进行分析评价,确定其危险系数,得出三氯乙烯发生事故可能性的大小,并据此提出相应的安全补偿措施,实现三氯乙烯贮存本质安全化。

Aiming at the accident characteristics during the storage of trichlorethylene in Binhua Group and past accident statistics, application of Dow fire and explosion index evaluation method （Dow Chemical Method） in its risk evaluation was introduced, and its risk factors were determined, and the possibility of accidents was gained, and appropriate secure compensation measures were put forward to realize inherent safety.
