总结了PLC在尾气干燥系统中的应用经验,较详细地介绍了系统的特点、工艺、工作原理。对系统硬件构成和软件的具体编程方法进行了详细的阐述。分析了系统运行可能出现的常见故障,给出了程序按工艺特点进行排查故障的逻辑顺序和方法。
Experiences of application of PLC in tail gas drying system were summarized. The characteristics, process and working principle of the system were introduced. The hardware configuration of the system was discussed as well as software programming method of the system. Common faults of the system were analyzed; the logical sequence and method to investigate faults based on the process characteristics were put forward.
