云南休闲农庄发展现状与对策分析

The Status and Countermeasures of Leisure Manor Development in Yunnan

为实现高原特色农业的跨越发展,云南省作出了大力发展"庄园经济"的战略部署,全省兴起了农庄建设的热潮。然而在建设过程中,存在思路不清、特色不明、同质化现象严重、缺乏吸引力等问题,在一定程度上影响了休闲农庄的建设与发展水平,束缚了休闲农庄快速发展的步伐,同时,农庄建设给当地带来了资源、环境以及生态等方面隐患。通过分析云南省农庄建设过程存在的主要问题,从深入调查研究、制定配套措施、适度控制发展速度等方面提出解决办法和进一步发展休闲农庄思路,为庄园经济持续、健康发展提供参考。

In order to promote the leapfrog development of Yunnan plateau-characteristic-agriculture, Yunnan province government made decision of vigorously developing manor economy. This caused a big construction boom of manor. However, unclear thinking, unknown characteristic, serious homogenization and lacking visual appeal in the process of construction, restrain the construction and development level of manor to some extent. Meanwhile, it brings some hidden troubles in local resources and ecological environment. Upon the analyzed of the present situation of the manor construction, some solutions to these problems were put forward, which hope to further advance sustained and healthy development of manor economy in Yunnan. These solutions are in-depth investigation and research, formulating supplementary measures and moderate control speed of development.
