摘要
分析了贵州农村居民对新型农村合作医疗制度的认知及满意度。结果表明,村民对新农合制度及服务满意度较高,对每年缴费金额比较清楚,但对于报销比例、报销程序、时限及报销药品等具体情况并不是十分清楚,也不太满意。
The paper analysed farmers＂ perception and satisfaction for the new rural cooperative medical system in Guizhou. The results showed that they were more satisfied with the policy and service, but they did not known and were dissatisfied to the actual operation and specific procedures.
