Thinking on the Innovation and Development of Agricultural Institute under New Situation

从学科结构、人才队伍、成果产出、技术物化、服务三农等5个方面分析了新形势下农区所发展现状,对新时期农区所的发展作了积极思考,提出加快特色学科建设、加快人才培养、推进平台建设、强化服务特色、加强管理创新的对策。

The paper analyzed the current situation from five aspects such as discipline structure, talent team, production output, technical property and service related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers, of agriculture development under the new situation, made a positive thinking, put forward to speed up the characteristic discipline construction, speed up the cultivation of talents, promote the platform construction, strengthen the service characteristic, and strengthen management innovation countermeasures.
