摘要 为确定苜蓿和沙冬青种子萌发期的耐盐性,了解它们种子萌发的规律,通过不同浓度的Na Cl溶液处理,比较了不同盐胁迫下苜蓿和沙冬青种子的发芽率、发芽势、幼苗根系长度、植株鲜重等指标。结果表明:随着盐胁迫浓度的增加,苜蓿和沙冬青种子的发芽率、发芽势、幼苗根系长度、植株鲜质量等4项指标均逐渐下降。 In order to determine the salt tolerance of alfalfa and A mmopiptanthus mongolicus during their seed germination, and understand their seed germination rule, their seeds were treated by the NaCl solution of different concentration, and the germination rate, germination potential, seedling root length, plant fresh weight of alfalfa and Ammopiptanthus seeds in different salt stress were compared. The results showed that with the increasing concentration of salt stress, the four indicators of alfalfa and A mmopiptanthus mongolicus (seed germination rate, germination potential, seedling root length, plant fresh weight) were declined.
