摘要
目的:建立胃灵颗粒的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对胃灵颗粒中甘草、白芍、延胡索、白术进行定性鉴别。结果:胃灵颗粒中甘草、白芍、延胡索、白术的薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,分离较好。结论:本研究建立的定性方法简便、准确、专属性强,可有效控制胃灵颗粒的质量。
Objective：To establish the thin-layer identification of Weiling granules.Methods：Thin layer chromatography was used for qualitative identiifcation of licorice, root of herbaceous peony, corydalis and atractylodes in Weiling granules.Results： The spots of thin-layer identiifcation were clear, and with better separation.Conclusions： The method established in this study is simple, accuracy and highly speciifc, so can effectively control the quality of Weiling granules.
