胰岛素样生长因子与乳腺癌的相关性研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着人口老龄化及自然社会环境的变化,恶性肿瘤的发病率明显增高,且有逐年升高趋势,据2005年的研究表明,乳腺癌在女性中发病率最高,每年大概有115万新病例,占所有肿瘤的23%[1]。虽然相对于发达国家我国乳腺癌的发病率较低,但我国乳腺癌的发病率有上升趋势[2]。对于肿瘤的研究,血清中的类胰岛素生长因子(IGFs)系统为一新兴领域。已有研究表明,胰岛素样生长因子对多种肿瘤的发生发展起着重要作用[3],IGFs系统主要通过自和(或)旁分泌促进组织细胞的生长及其与生长有关的反应。与胰岛素样生长因子有关的疾病有以下几种:内分泌紊乱、糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、多囊卵巢综合征及肿瘤。本文主要通过对胰岛素样生长因子家族的认识来了解其在乳腺癌发病过程中的作用。
