摘要 主要介绍了科技进步的定义和内涵,重点介绍了科技进步对中国肉类产业的影响、应用及二者之间的相互关系。科技发展促进了肉类产业的发展,提高了畜禽和肉品的数量和质量。中国肉类产业的发展有赖于科技的发展和进步,有赖于畜禽业、肉制品加工业、人才培养和物流业协调发展,有赖于畜禽育种、鲜肉制品、深加工肉制品、营养学、人才管理和物流业多学科合作。只有各方面共同努力,才能更好的促进中国肉类产业的发展。 The definition and content of technological progress was mainly introduced in the article , and effect of technological progress on Chinese meat industry, their application and mutual relationship were focused on. Technological progress promoted the development of meat industry and improved the quantity and quality of animal and meat products. The development of Chinese meat industry relied on technological progress , the coordinated development of poultry industry, meat product process industry, logistics industry, and multidisciplinary partnership of poultry breeding, fresh products, meat processing, nutriology, talent management and logistics industry. Only the joint efforts of all aspects can promote the development of Chinese meat industry.
