用于电化学发光检测的RuSiO_2的制备

摘要 电化学发光标记探针在医疗诊断、环境分析、食品安全监测等领域有广泛的应用。三联吡啶钌是目前应用最广泛的发光试剂之一。利用反相微乳液法制备RuSiO2纳米颗粒,用TEM(透射电镜)进行了表征,直径在50nm左右,粒径均一。通过与TPA的共反应检测其发光强度,信号良好。 The electrochemical luminescence probe have a wide range of applications in medical diagnosis, environmental analysis, food safety monitoring and other fields.Tris(2,2′-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) (Ru(bpy)32+) is one of the most widely used luminescent reagents.This experiment was prepared RuSiO 2 nanoparticles by reverse microemulsion method, characterized by using TEM (transmission electron microscope), spherical nanoparticals with a size of approximate 50 nm were obtained, particle size uniform.It has a good signal by reaction with the TPA test the luminous intensity.
