摘要
上转换材料可通过非线性的光学过程将低能量的激发光源转化成高能量的近红外或可见光辐射,组织穿透性强,生物兼容性好,产生的背景信号较低、斯托克斯位移较大、发射峰窄、几乎没有光漂白性,是近年来取得飞速发展与应用的荧光材料。本文对上转换材料的合成、表面修饰、应用等最新进展进行阐述。本实验室成功合成了有机相的上转换纳米颗粒,并基于此材料构建传感器应用于食品样品中双酚A的检测。
Upconverting nanomaterial enables the transformation of excitation source to high energy infrared radiation through a nonlinear progcess. The upconverting materials have the advantage of excellent tissue penetration, good biocompatibility, low background signal, large stocks shift, sharp emission peak, and insignificant photobleaching, and have achieved great development nowadays. Here we elaborate the synthesis, surface modification, application of the UCNPs of these years. We have synthesized the UCNPs in organic phase, and developed a BPA sensor based on our green emission nanoparticles.
