摘要
食品安全问题背后有深刻的道德根源,食品安全事件无不与"见利忘义"相联系;食品生产企业的道德滑坡是食品安全问题产生的内因。因此,要遏制食品安全问题的产生,既需要加强社会和市场的监管,也需要食品生产企业加强道德自律,承担社会责任。论文在分析了食品安全的道德因素、道德滑坡对食品安全的影响后,提出了加强企业道德自律的对策建议。
The deep root of food safety problem is moral,as we know,many food safety incidents linked the 'unscrupulous'. The moral decline of food production enterprises is the internal source. Therefore ,to curb the generation of food safety issues,both social and market regulation needs to be strengthened,but also require food manufacturers to strengthen the moral self-discipline,commitment to social responsibility. Papers first analysis the moral and moral decline impact on food safety,then proposed countermeasures to strengthen corporate ethics and self-discipline.
