摘要
随着居民生活水平的提高,健康观念更新转变,乳品消费需求在国内市场日趋增长,但是频发的负面事件使得消费者对国内乳品安全不信任情绪持续蔓延,我国乳品行业面临巨大挑战。选取M公司进行分析,通过对其财务数据和信任重塑的研究,考察乳品行业如何重塑形象、保障消费者合法权益,为消费者提供健康的乳品。
As residents living standards improve,the health concept update,consumer demand of dairy products increasingly growing in domestic market,but due to mistrust continues spreading of domestic food safety,the dairy industry in China is facing a huge challenge. In this paper,through the study the financial data and trust remodeling by analysis M company group,investigate,find how the dairy industry to reshape the image, safeguard consumers' legal rights,and provide consumers with healthy dairy products.
