摘要
对家庭型智能扫地机器人的工作原理进行研究与分析,在实践中发现该机器人在工作过程中出现清扫区域划分不全、对不规则物体无法完全规避和大颗粒物质无法吸入扫除等问题,针对以上问题应用AT89C51单片机、新型软碰撞板和大口径吸尘口等设计来解决,经市场调研证明了这几种解决方法的可行性。
The working principle of family intelligent cleaning robot is researched and analysed, some problems are found in the practice in the working process, such as cleaning the zoning system is not complete, the irregular objects can' t be avoid and large particulate matter can' t inhale cleaning. Aiming at the above problems, new soft collision plate and large diameter suction mouth are designed to solve those problems based on AT89C51. The market research has proved the feasibility of these solutions.
