摘要
结合"点阵钉模、真空负压、蜂窝夹层"的工艺过程,对夹层结构进行力学分析。用两种方法计算夹层结构的回弹,并进行比较,得到一种适合工程应用的快速回弹计算方法,为预测夹层结构型面制造精度提供依据。建立基于ABAQUS的夹层结构有限元模型,进行压贴-胶结-回弹的模拟分析。对比不同网格尺寸、不同曲率半径夹层结构回弹量的大小及分布,验证了解析方程的准确性。同时得到适合于模拟夹层结构回弹的网格尺寸。
For the process of “discrete nails die ,vacuating press ,honeycomb sandwich” ,a mechanical analysis of the sandwich structure was analyzed .An analytical springback equation of the structure was deduced using two methods ,and a quick engineer-ing springback calculation method was obtained by comparing the two methods ,which provided a basis for predicting the surface manufacturing precision .Based on the ABAQUS ,the finite element (FE) model of the structure was established in the order of fitting ,cementation and springback .Comparing the results of different curvature radii under different grid sizes ,the accuracy of the analytical equation was verified .Also a suitable grid size was obtained for simulation of the sandwich structure springback .
