摘要
基于SUS304不锈钢冷轧后其力学性能和残余应力难于控制,文章根据现场生产条件,采用低温连续张力退火炉对冷轧后的不锈钢带进行相同温度、不同张力的去应力退火,观察并测试该材料在不同张力退火后的力学性能和残余应力的变化规律。结果表明,不同的张力退火工艺对材料的力学性能和内部残余应力有较大的影响。当退火温度在580℃、退火张力在6kg·f/mm2时,SUS304奥氏体不锈钢带常温屈服强度和抗拉强度值最大;在此退火张力条件下,其内部残余应力分布最均匀,板形最好。
The problem to control the mechanical property and the residual stress distribution of SUS304 austenitic stainless in cold rolling has not been solved currently. So this paper adopted the continuous anneal furnace to observe and measure the me chanical properties and the residual stress distribution of the cold rolled strip under different tension and same temperature. The results show that different tensions have great effects on the material properties. Especially, the yield strength and tensile strength of SUS304 austenitic stainless reached the maximum values at the temperature of 580 ℃ and the tension of 6kg · f/mm2. At the same time, the inner residual stress of cold rolled strip is uniformly distributed and its plate shape is the best.
