摘要
随着大区电网的互联,低频振荡以及次同步振荡已经成为制约电力系统安全稳定运行的关键环节之一,如何保证互联系统可靠运行,也成为了电力系统研究的关键技术之一。在已有的研究基础上,针对同步相量测量装置,提出了一种现场动态高精度检测方法,同时验证时间是否同步,从源头上保证了电力系统运行的可靠性。
Since regional power grid interconneclion, low frequency oscillation and subsync, hronous oscillation has become one of the key links in the safe and stable operation of power system, how to ensure the interconnected system reliable operation becomes one of the key technology of power system research. On the basis of existing research, in view of the synchronous vector measuring system, this paper proposes a dynamic high precision testing method, and a test whether time is synchronous from the source for ensuring the reliabilily of power system operation.
