摘要 国电康平发电有限公司2台600 MW超临界机组投产以来,2台锅炉水冷壁、过热器、再热器多次发生爆管事故,爆管原因涵盖了设计制造原因、安装施工原因、煤质原因、超温运行原因等,给该厂的安全生产带来很大影响,后经过对爆管部位全面分析,最终找出了各种爆管的根本原因,并彻底进行了解决。目前该厂锅炉运行稳定,很少出现锅炉"四管"漏泄问题。该厂爆管问题比较典型,对研究600 MW超临界锅炉"四管"漏泄有很好的借鉴意义。 Since the commissioning of two 600 MW superc:ritical units of Guodian Kangping Power Plant, tube exlosions oeeured to the water wall, superheater and reheaters, the reason of which mayinc.lude design, manufacture, installation and construction, coal quali- ty, over- temperature operation, etc. which has a greal influence on safety production. After a comprehensive analysis of the position of tube explosion, the fundamental reasons are toumt eventually and the problem is solved completely. At present the plant boilers? are running stable, the boiler "four tubes "? leakage problem rarely oc.curs. The study on the typical tube eplosion problem may have a good reference for the 600 MW supercritical boiler "four tubes" leakage.
