新型常温沥青性能测试方法与关键评价指标研究

Research on Test Method and Key Evaluation Indicators of Performance of a New Normal Temperature Asphalt

在参考道路沥青评价方法和控制指标的基础上,针对一种新型常温沥青的安全性、黏性、黏附性、挥发性以及蒸发残留物的感温性、高温性能、低温性能、弹性恢复性能设计了相应的测试方法,提出了相应的技术指标体系及指标建议值,并对其进行了性能评价。试验结果表明:该常温沥青对温度变化较敏感,高温性能较好,但低温抗裂性、抗常温变形性能较差。建议该新型常温沥青中应掺入少量聚合物改性剂,以提高其延塑性和抗变形能力,便于满足高等级公路面层所用沥青材料的技术要求。

On the basis of referencing evaluation methods and control indicators of paving asphalt,the testing method for a new normal temperature asphalt,including its safety,viscosity,adhesion ability,volatility,and temperature susceptibility,high temperature performance,low temperature performance and elastic recovery of its residue by evaporation,is designed. Furthermore,the corresponding technical indicator system and reference values for this asphalt are put forward and recommended,and its performance is estimated. The results show that（ 1） the normal temperature asphalt is sensitive to temperature changing,it has good high temperature performance,but its low temperature cracking resistance and normal temperature deformation resistance are poor. It is recommended to add a small amount of polymer modifier in it to improve its ductility and deformation resistance and meet the technical requirements of high grade highway asphalt pavement.
