高速公路危险化学品运输事故应急蓄纳设施与桥面雨水径流处理设施一体化设计 被引量:14

摘要 针对危险化学品运输事故泄漏产生的水环境安全风险问题,解决桥面径流处理系统中雨水与事故水一并处置这一缺点,对国内公路危化品运输事故应急蓄纳设施现状开展大量调查和分析研究,通过对应急蓄纳设施工艺流程、平面布置及功能单元容积、转换装置及控制系统进行优化设计,实现了危化品事故径流与雨水径分别处置,并提出了高速公路危险化学品运输事故应急蓄纳设施与桥面雨水径流处理设施一体化设计思路。 Aiming at the water environment security risks of transport accidents and leaks of dangerous chemicals,the shortcoming of treating rain water and accident water together in deck runoff treatment system is disposed. The status of domestic emergency storage facilities of dangerous chemicals for highway transport accidents is investigated and researched. By optimal designing the emergency storage facilities,including process,layout,function unit volume,conversion device and control system,the accident runoff of dangerous chemicals and rainwater runoff are treated respectively, and an integrated design idea of treating the emergency storage facilities of emergency storage facilities of dangerous chemicals for expressway transport accidents and deck rainwater runoff treatment facilities is proposed.
