摘要
货物入库是现代仓储系统运作的基础和关键步骤。本文以现代仓储系统的货物入库优化问题为研究对象,首先将问题拆分为货区划分和货位分配,然后建立问题对应的优化模型,并针对模型特点建立了遗传算法。该算法采取了自上而下自左向右的编码方式,能够直观体现仓储的特点。最后,对具体案例进行了求解,取得了良好的效果,表明所建模型和算法的正确性和有效性。
Goods entering into warehouse is the foundation and key step of modern warehouse system operation. The optimization problem of goods entering into warehouse in modern warehouse system is studied.First,this problem is split into region division and location assignment of goods,then the related optimization model is established, and the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem according to the characteristics of the model. The coding style of the algorithm is a top-down from the left to the right way,which directly reflects the modern storage characteristics. Finally,a case is solved,and a good result is achieved,which shows the correctness and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
