海西地区绿色建筑风险测度指标识别与评价研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究不同气候、地域和文化背景下的绿色建筑项目风险差异化,在充分了解海西地区特有的自然环境、社会文化、经济因素、制度因素、技术体系等宏观条件的基础上,结合该地区绿色建筑的实施现状,通过文献阅读、现场走访和专家访谈等方式识别出43个风险因素,构建其绿色建筑风险测度指标体系。运用因子分析法提取出8个公共因子,建立风险评价函数。最后,将公共因子分成宏观、中观和微观3个层级。结果表明:当前海西地区宏观层级风险比中观和微观层级风险对绿色建筑的影响更为显著。据此提出有针对性的风险管理措施。 The paper aims to investigate the differentiation of green building projects risks between different climate,different regions and different cultural backgrounds. Based on full understanding of unique natural environment,social culture,economic factors,institutional factors and technical system of Haixi region,literature survey,field investigation and expert interviews were conducted to identify risk factors contained in green buildings and establish a risk measurement index system of green buildings in Haixi region. The research revealed that 43 risk factors were identified from green buildings in Haixi region and8 common factors were extracted to form a risk evaluation function. The extracted common factors were classified into three levels: macro,middle and micro. The results show that macro-level risk had a larger influence on green building projects than that of both middle-level and micro-level risks. Green building risk management strategies were finally put forward to promote the smooth development of green buildings in Haixi region.
