中小企业新生代农民工安全行为影响因素研究

Research on factors affecting safety behaviors of new generation migrant workers in SMEs

为探究中小企业(SMEs)新生代农民工安全行为影响因素,选取镇江典型中小企业新生代农民工开展问卷调查。运用结构方程模型(SEM),研究安全态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制、示范性规范和安全行为意向(SBI)对农民工安全行为的影响机理,剖析安全行为意向的中介作用。结果表明:中小企业新生代农民工安全态度、主观规范和示范性规范通过安全行为意向的部分中介作用正向影响安全行为,知觉行为控制通过安全行为意向的完全中介作用正向影响安全行为。这些安全行为影响因素按重要性依次为:安全态度、示范性规范、主观规范、知觉行为控制。

To explore factors affecting safety behaviors of new generation migrant workers working in SMEs,a questionnaire investigation was made in Zhenjiang,China. Factors affecting the safety behavior and how they work were analyzed with SEM method. Results show that safety attitude,subjective norm and descriptive norm,regulating through SBI partly,positively influence their safety behaviors,that perceived behavioral control,regulating through SBI totally,positively influence their safety behaviors,and that according to importance,factors affecting safety behavior of new generation migrant workers in SMEs are：safety attitude,descriptive norm,subjective norm,and perceived behavioral control.
