废橡胶粉对水泥砂浆性能影响的试验研究

摘要 系统地研究了橡胶粉掺量对新拌砂浆和硬化砂浆性能的影响程度和规律。研究结果表明:在砂浆中掺入适量的橡胶粉,可降低砂浆的密度,改善新拌砂浆的和易性,改善砂浆的脆性破坏性质,但是橡胶粉的掺入会降低砂浆的抗折抗压强度以及粘结抗拉强度,橡胶粉砂浆的力学性能缺陷需添加适当的外加剂来解决。 The systematic study of influece and laws of crumb rubber content of fresh mortar and hardened mortar performance was carried.The experimental results demonstrated that: the incorporation of a suitable amount of the rubber powder in the mortar will reduce the mortar density so that the workability of fresh mortar and mortar brittle fracture performance can be improved. But motar compressive,bending and adhesive tensile strength will be reduced. The mechanical properties defects of rubber powder mortar need to be resolved by adding some appropriate additives.
