浅析从审图看建筑设计的关注问题

Analysis of the concern issue of architectural design from the drawing checking

建筑工程施工图设计文件审查工作(以下简称审图),是建设行政主管部门对建筑工程勘察设计质量监督管理的重要环节,同时也是基本建设中所必不可少的关键程序。本文结合实际工作经验,从审图的角度出发,分析了建筑设计审图工作的主要法律依据及审图的基本原则,并对审图中应重点关注的问题进行了分析与探讨。

Checking of design document of construction engineering drawing（ hereafter named as drawing checking）,is an important part of construction survey and design quality management for the construction administration department. Meanwhile,it＇s an essential and key procedure for capital construction. This paper analyzes the primary legal basis of construction drawing checking and basic principles of drawing checking,which is from the point of drawing checking by combining with experience of practical work. And there are also some analysis and discussion on those important issues of drawing checking.
