摘要
在人与人之间的相互关系中,催生出一种新型的关系—寻租关系,寻求政治经济特权和给予相应特权。在这个过程中,"关系"为腐败发生提供了铺垫,它解决了腐败发生的"桥"和"船"的问题。分析"关系"行为对腐败产生的影响,能够为防治腐败提供新的思路。
Among the relationship between people and people, creating a new relationship -rent seeking rela- tionship is created, that is, seeking political and economic privileges and giving the corresponding privilege. In this process, ＂relationship＂ provides the groundwork for the occurrence of eorruption, which solves the ＂bridge＂ and ＂boat＂ problem of corruption. An analysis of the influence of ＂relationship＂ acts of corruption might provide new ideas for the prevention and control of corruption.
