摘要
政党在沟通与表达的过程中形成的一整套协调组织成员的行为准则,就是政党文化。政党文化形成后,不仅能够对组织自身产生"拦截"与"支持"的二重作用,也能够对政治共同体产生"分裂"与"整合"的双向影响,不仅能带来稳定,也能激化矛盾,因此需要权衡利弊,合理对待。
A set of behavior norm formed in the process of communication and expression conduct coordination among organization members in a political party is the political party culture. After the formation of the political party culture, it can not only produce ＂intercept＂ and ＂support＂ for the organizations own double function, bidi- rectional effects can generate ＂split＂ and ＂integration＂ of the political community, not only can bring stability, but also can intensify the contradiction, therefore it needs to weigh the advantages and disadvantages and a rea- sonable treatment.
