五轴木工数控机床的刀具补偿和插补误差分析 被引量:3

The cutter compensation and interpolation error analysis of five-axis woodworking CNC machine

摘要 针对木材加工中的双摆头式五轴数控机床,建立了五轴数控加工机床模型。通过建立机床坐标系和工件坐标系,根据刀位文件(刀心坐标和刀轴矢量),利用坐标变换原理,推导出了坐标变换公式。然后基于这些公式得到了刀具补偿计算方法以及各插补点的空间坐标和旋转坐标。最后对不同插补点数下的运动轨迹进行了仿真,并对插补误差进行了分析。通过误差分析可以判断出所需合适的插补点数。 The five-axis NC machine tool model is established, aimed at a spindle-rotating machine for wood processing. Through the establishment of the machine tool coordinate system and the workpiece coordinate system, according to the cutter location files of cutter coordinates and cutter shaft vectors, and using the principle of coordinate transformation, deduced out the formulas of coordinate transformation. Then, obtained the calculation method of cutting tool compensation and the space coordinates and rotating coordinates of interpolation points based on these formulas. Finally, the trajectory of different interpolation points are simulated,and the interpolation error is analyzed. Through the error analysis we can determine the appropriate interpolation points.
