摘要
利用先进的在线颗粒分析测量仪探究了水合物生成过程中颗粒弦长的变化情况,研究了流体流速、阻聚剂加剂量和含水量对水合物生成过程中颗粒的影响,从而找出水合物的生长规律。实验结果表明:该设备可以定量地表征水合物生成过程中颗粒的聚并情况;流体流速、阻聚剂浓度和含水量等因素对水合物的生成过程都有一定的影响,其中阻聚剂和含水率对水合物颗粒粒径大小及分布的影响较大,而在加剂条件下流速对水合物颗粒粒径的影响程度减弱,但较低的流速仍会导致水合物颗粒的聚并现象。
The change of particles chord,the impact of fluid flow rate,inhibitor dosage and water cut for particles in hydrate formation process have been studied by the advanced online particle analysis meter(Focused Beam Reflectance Measurement).The hydrate growth law could be identified through above experiments.Experimental results show that FBRM could characterize particle aggregation in the hydrate formation process quantitatively,and fluid flow rate,inhibitor dosage,water cut and other factors have some impacts on hydrate formation process.Among them,the polymerization inhibitor and water cut affect the degree and distribution of hydrate particle size during the experiment largely,and the flow rate has a little effect on hydrate particle size with the addition of polymerization inhibitor,but the lower flow rate would cause the phenomenon of coalescence between hydrate particles.
