依托工程训练中心优质资源构建大学生创新平台

Relying on superior resources of engineering training center to build innovative platform for college students

对高校工程训练中心的基本资源配置进行了分析。为培养学生的实践技能与创新能力,工程训练中心要有专兼职教师队伍、独立场所、先进的制造设备与工艺、计算机辅助系统、网络信息平台等优质资源。提出构建大学生创新平台的主要措施:建立多层次教学体系、建设高水平的师资队伍、组建学生创新团队、争取资源扶持以及建立有效的激励机制。

This article analyses the basic university engineering training center resource configuration.For the training of practical skills and innovative ability,the engineering training center must have part-time teachers,independent establishments,advanced manufacturing equipment and technology,computer-aided systems,network information platform and other quality resources.This article proposes the main measures to build college students’ innovative platform of building a multi-level teaching system,constructing a high level of faculty,forming students’ innovative team,seeking resources to support and establishing an effective incentive mechanism.
