通过对SIEMENS S7过程控制系统的结构和功能特点的介绍,结合它在面粉生产控制中的应用,将其中的系统配置及控制功能做了详细的描述分析,该系统过程控制简单而安全、方便信息网络和现场总线及仪表的集成,设计模块化,系统的扩展性强,是企业实现管控一体化的理想集成运行平台。这对于今后SIMATIC S7过程控制系统系统在面粉行业上的推广应用具有一定参考价值。
Structure and function characteristics of SIEMENS S7 process control system were introduced. System configuration and control function of system were detailedly described and analyzed based on its application in flour production control. Process control system was simple and safe, and easy to assemble together information network, field bus and instrument integration. System was modular design and its extensibility was strong, and was ideal integration platform for enterprise realizing integration. It can provide some references for popularization and application of SIMATIC S7 process control system in flour industry.
