摘要
本文先采用棕榈油与甲醇反应制备脂肪酸甲酯,然后将所得脂肪酸甲酯与蔗糖在1,2-丙二醇体系中反应制备蔗糖酯。采用单因素法优化了蔗糖酯制备的反应条件,优化条件为:碳酸钾用量为反应物质量的23.5%、丙二醇用量为蔗糖质量的3.7倍、反应温度70℃和时间9h,在该优化条件下,蔗糖酯产率达70.8%。
Fatty acid methyl ester was firstly obtained through transesterification of palm oil with methanol, then obtained fatty acid methyl ester was used for sucrose fatty acid ester synthesis in 1,2-propylene glycol system. Optimum reaction conditions for sucrose ester synthesis were K2CO323.5% of sucrose and fatty acid methyl ester, weight ratio of1,2-propylene glycol to sucrose 3.7∶1 and reaction temperature 70 ℃, under these conditions after 9 h reaction, product yield of sucrose ester at 70.8% was obtained.
