摘要
针对我国商品番茄人工分拣效率低、标准不统一和附加值低等问题,本文采用机器视觉和计算机图像处理技术,研究了番茄品质的颜色特征与成熟度直接的关系,确定了分级方法,对提高我国番茄的市场竞争力,具有非常现实的社会意义和经济意义。本文针对此情况设计了一种用于番茄智能分类装置中的番茄分级软件,该软件通过工业摄像机和电脑来取代人眼对番茄进行分类识别。首先研究了图像的底层处理过程及其算法,然后从中选取优良的算法来运用到本软件系统中,最后对番茄分级的算法做了一定的研究,选择线性法处理,最终实现了番茄的分级要求。
In view of problems such as low efficiency of manual sorting, different standards and little additional value, by using machine vision and computer image processing technology, relationship of color feature of tomato quality and maturity were been studied and grading method was defined. And there were important realistic and economic meanings for improving competitiveness in tomato market no matter at home or abroad. Software of tomatoes grading intelligent sorting device was developed through camera and computer instead of human eyes. Firstly, basic processing on the picture and its algorthm from the camera snapped by camera of DH were researched. Secondly, some algorithms were chosen to apply in the software of grading tomatoes. Thirdly, ways were studied to grading the tomato by its color, then a better one was chosen to finish the paper and meet the requests of this paper.
