摘要
运用CATIA三维数字模型"DMU Kinematics"模块、UG建模模块、汽车构造基础知识,分别对非对称变截面钢板弹簧、对称式钢板弹簧进行运动数字模拟及模型理论计算分析,获得悬架运动模型、运动原理,验证传动轴运动滑移曲线、车轮跳动与周边件空间间隙是否符合设计要求。
Use the“DMU Kinematics”orders of CATIA、Orders of UG、Vehicle structure based on knowledge,We can restrict the unsymmetrical tapered spring clamp、Symmetrical spring clamp suspension motion simulation and calculation analysis,Obtain the motion of suspension、movement principium, Whether the request around of the wheel movement and the spare parts past muster or not.
