Compared with their elder generations, the migrant workers born after 90s are featured by high level of education, wide choices of occupations, eager expectations to melt into city life, and high pressure both materially and spiritually. Currently, this group of people has become the major force of workers who come to urban areas. It is vital to upgrade their humanitarian literacy. Based on their cultural and recreational situations, it is even urgent to upgrade their humanitarian literacy. To achieve this goal, the government needs to cooperate with cor- porations and other related organizations to invest more money and material resources, and to mobilize more public interest organizations and arouse the public concern for this group. Specifically, it is required to construct online public cultural service system, improve the offline public service system. Also, all the party organizations need to take the lead, and with the aid of culture promotion in enterprises, they can help migrant workers born after 90s increase their knowledge, upgrade their ability and better themselves gradually.
