摘要
【目的】探讨肺腺癌组织中上皮‐间叶转换(EMT)相关蛋白的表达及意义。【方法】采用免疫组化法检测100例肺腺癌及40例癌旁正常肺组织中的细胞角蛋白(CK)、波形蛋白(Vimentin)、α‐平滑肌肌动蛋白(α‐SMA)的表达,并分析其临床意义。【结果】肺腺癌组织中CK、Vimentin、α‐SMA阳性表达率分别为51.0%、60.0%、59.0%,与癌旁正常组织中各蛋白的表达率(分别为72.5%、25.0%、27.5%)比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),CK、Vimentin、α‐SMA与分化程度相关,与年龄、性别、浸润深度、临床分期及远处转移不相关。【结论】CK与a‐SMA、Vimentin呈现负相关,分化程度降低,CK含量降低,α‐SMA、Vimentin呈现逐渐上升的趋势,提示肺癌恶变程度与EMT有关。
[Objective]To explore the expression and significance of epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) related proteins in lung adenocarcinoma tissues .[Methods]Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the epxression of CK protein ,vimentin protein and a‐smooth muscle actin protein(α‐SM) in 100 cases of lung adenocarcinoma and 40 cases of normal lung tissue adjacent to carcinoma .Clinical significance was ana‐lyzed .[Results] The positive rates of CK ,vimentin protein and α‐SM protein in lung adenocarcinoma tissues were 51 .0% ,60 .0% and 59 .0% respectively ,and those in normal tissues adjacent to carcinoma were 72 .5% , 25 .0% and 27 .5% respectively ,and there were signficant differences( P〈0 .05) .The expressions of CK ,vi‐mentin protein and α‐SM protein were related to tumor differentiation ,but not related to age ,sex ,invasive depth ,TNM stages and distant metastasis .[Conclusion]CK is negatively correlated to α‐SM and vimentin . When the differentiation degree is reduced ,the content of CK is decreased ,butα‐SM and vimentin are gradu‐ally raised ,which indicate that the canceration degree of lung cancer is associated with EMT .
