摘要
通过介绍3D打印技术的相关模型要求和参数调节,呈现了3D打印技术在设计实践中的创造性应用.首先,强调3D打印前模型设计的基本要求,认为前期的模型设计是一个非常重要的步骤,它与模型成形成功与否有着至关重要的作用,决定着最终设计作品是否与数字模型一致及设计作品是否完整等;其次,强调了3D打印前相关打印软件及相关参数调节,这些技术参数稍有变化就会对模型带来巨大的变化.3D打印技术的出现为设计界和制造业带来了全新的革命,它将演绎着设计创意的无限可能,也将对设计师们提出新的技术要求.
Through considering the relevant model required in 3D printing technology and parameter adjustment,creative applications of 3D printing technology in practice were showed. First of all,it was emphasized the importance of basic requirements of model design before 3D printing,and regarded that model design as a very important step,they influenced the success of the model reformation and determined the final work agreed with the digital model,decided the design work would be complete or not. Secondly,it was emphasized on the related printing software and related parameters which was another important step. Finally,it was regarded that the 3D printing technology would bring a new revolution for the design and manufacturing,it would be helpful to deduct the possibilities of design creativity and propose new technical requirements on designers.
