“以民为本”与群众路线

On “People Oriented”and the Mass Line

中国共产党的群众路线有两个重要的理论渊源:其一是中国历史上"以民为本"的思想,其爱民、惠民、养民、教民的思想为中国共产党的群众路线所吸收;其二是马克思主义的历史唯物论。中国共产党以马克思列宁主义为指导,根据历史唯物主义的原理,认为人民群众是历史的创造者。因此,必须从人民群众的根本利益出发,一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,充分相信群众,要善于把党的正确主张变为人民群众的自觉行动。

There are two important theoretical origin about Chinese Communist Party＇ s mass line. One of which is Chinese history ＂people oriented＂ thought, the Ai Min, Hui Min, Yang Min, teach the thought of the people as Chinese Communist masses line as absorption. The second is Marx＇ s historical materialism. The Communist Party of China with Marx Lenin＇ s instruction, according to the principle of historical materialism, consider that the people are the creator of history. Therefore, we must proceed from the fundamental interests of the people, everything for the masses, all rely on the masses and fully believe in the masses. In addition, we should be good at transforming the correct position of the party into the conscious action of the masses of the people.
