细胞外基质在组织工程中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 细胞外基质(ECM)作为一种特殊的天然生物衍生材料,为细胞提供了生物物理机械性支持,并且可为组织的再生提供良好的微环境。近年来,细胞外基质已广泛应用于组织工程的再生修复,并展现出了其良好的应用前景。本文对细胞外基质的主要成分、功能及细胞外基质在组织工程,尤其是在组织工程神经方面的研究进行了综述。细胞外基质为组织工程材料临床领域的应用提供了崭新的手段和方法。
